Payment Plan: 30% of the total cost must be made and received before the artist begins and the rest can be paid gradually. . The project will not be completed if complete payment is not made. 

Client rights to artwork: All rights required by the client must be clearly stated. Clients are not allowed to resell rights to artwork unless negotiated otherwise.

Project Deadline:  Clients are expected to provide a clear and reasonable deadline if applicable and there will be a rush fee in case of any urgent project.

Artists rights: Unless negotiated otherwise by the client, the artist reserves the right to display and promote all work.

Cancellations: If the client is unable to pay by the agreed upon deadline(if applicable), the project may be cancelled, no refund will be applicable and the artist will keep all rights to artwork.
